Returns

Please note we can only accept returns to which we are notified within 7 days of the customer receiving their order. To notify us of a return, please send an email to online@castleknitwear.ie or call 021-4510897. Returns will only be accepted where the garment is repackaged appropriately and is returned to us in the same way in which it was received. Any signs of wear & tear or damage will void the return. Once your return is processed, you can expect the purchase amount to be refunded into your bank account within 3-5 working days. This is the timeframe specified by our payment gateway provider.
